• It must be made in conjunction with a booking made with the airline. The amount for the seat upgrade with bidding does not include the original ticket price or previous options. 
• The airline may exclude certain booking classes or passenger types. The airline allows passengers to upgrade seats with Holiday upgrades up to 23 hours before flight departure.
• Seat Upgrade on Edelweiss Air can be revised or withdrawn up to  48 hours before flight departure. 
• While talking about the charges, offers are charged immediately to the credit card. The offers accepted for holiday upgrades are non-transferable and non-refundable, except for specific reasons.
• If the Offer is accepted, the amount is charged. But no Upgrade/Seat Reservation, you can request a refund.
